Right of return

Tickets can only be returned if the cruise is cancelled (e.g. due to storms, ice or fog) or if the cruise is rescheduled. Cancellations or rescheduling will be announced as soon as possible on the website and, if possible, also via social media, email, the daily press and by telephone. The customer will be refunded the full price of the ticket (but not the shipping and processing fee) upon presentation of the original tickets or invoice confirmation. The original tickets must be returned to the point of sale where they were purchased or invoice/booking confirmations must be sent by email to info@weisse-flotte-mueritz.de. No refunds are possible if tickets are lost.
